The Ritual
Wellness Introduction: Rooibos, cacao nibs, vanilla, and cinnamon create a warm, naturally caffeine-free infusion with gentle chocolate notes. A small amount of oat milk gives the tea a soft, rounded texture without making it feel heavy.
Why this Ritual: The soft chocolate aroma and warm spice create a comforting sensory experience without using coffee or strong caffeine. It is especially suited to an afternoon wind-down or a quiet evening reading ritual.

1 rooibos tea bag or 1 tablespoon loose-leaf rooibos
1 teaspoon cacao nibs

Method
Add the rooibos, cacao nibs, and cinnamon stick to a teapot or heatproof cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 6–8 minutes. Remove the tea and cinnamon, then stir in the vanilla and oat milk. Add maple syrup if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For a stronger cacao flavour, gently warm the cacao nibs with the oat milk before adding it to the tea. Use unsweetened oat milk so the drink remains balanced and not overly sweet.
