Meditation is impossible! That’s what I hear mostly. Sadly in the game of modern life, we seldom give rest to our body and mind…so the soul suffers, the being lives a compromised life in the name of constantly chasing achievements. And so the nervous system only receives stress signals.
No beings were created to live in this kind of prolonged stress for life. We must identify unnecessary stressors and remove them from our lives if we choose to live with authenticity.
Stress factors aren’t going away anywhere. But whether we allow them to determine the quality of life is a choice we can make consciously.
